Over the past two weeks, while I was on vacation (and working on another piece for the "New Times," the Syracuse newspaper), I also made my first contribution to the NewsHouse website.
The NewsHouse is the official news website of the Newhouse school but it serves the Syracuse community and has been gaining a lot of traction. Here is a story I pitched and wrote. How difficult was it to write? Not really at all. Choosing the content was more difficult than writing the actual post but then again, that always seems to be how these things work.
The second installment will be coming shortly, after this little writer takes a breather from traveling.
